You must first be registered with En Route Driving Ltd before booking lessons.
You will be assigned lesson slots based on availability. These may be booked several weeks in advance.
Once registered, lessons can be booked online or via the instructor’s third-party app.
Further information will be provided during registration.
Any lessons booked outside of your assigned schedule may be subject to cancellation.
If you require additional lessons or need to make changes, please contact us using the details provided above.
Important:
If you do not book your assigned slots within your registered timeframe, those slots may be released to other students.

Payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer or through the booking app.
Bank transfer is the preferred option as it does not include any additional fees.
Card payments are available for convenience, including pay-as-you-go and bundle options.

Paying by

Payments via bank transfer are free of charge. No booking or card fees apply.
Transfers must be completed at least 2 days before attempting to book lessons.
Your credits will be applied once the payment has been verified.
To reduce frequent transactions, we recommend using a 10-hour lesson bundle (5 sessions × 2 hours).

Card payments allow you to pay-as-you-go or purchase bundles directly in the app.
A non-refundable service fee may be applied by the app provider (not the driving school).
This fee remains even if the lesson is later refunded.
Please review the app provider’s terms before selecting this payment method.

Booking with Bank Transfer – Step-by-Step

1) Ensure you are listed as Active (not on the Waiting List).
2) Open the third-party app and go to the Online Booking tab.
3) Enter your contact details and the mobile number registered with your account.
4) Select your desired lesson times and add them to your basket.
5) Tap the basket icon to proceed to checkout.
6) Select Book using Existing Balance.
7) If your credit shows zero or the option is missing, wait up to 48 hours after payment or contact your instructor to manually apply your credit.
8) Using bank transfer avoids card service and app booking fees.

Paying with Card – Step-by-Step

1) Open the third-party app.
2) From the Home screen, tap Pay for Lesson.
3) Choose either a 10-hour lesson bundle or pay-as-you-go option.
4) Complete your payment.
5) Once paid, your credits will automatically appear in your balance, and you may proceed to
the Online Booking tab to reserve your preferred slots.
