Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are designed to give you a clear understanding of how we work together throughout your learning journey. They set out what you can expect from us and what we ask from you in return, helping everything run smoothly and fairly on both sides. Learning to drive safely is a step-by-step process, and these guidelines support that process so you get the most from your lessons. By taking a few moments to read through them, you will avoid misunderstandings and know exactly how the service is delivered. This allows us to focus on what matters most, helping you become a safe and confident driver. If anything is unclear, we are always here to help and guide you.

1. Lesson Booking

1.1 Booking Eligibility
Pupils must be registered and listed as Active to book lessons.
Lessons must be booked in advance through the driving instructor’s third party app.
Booking outside of your assigned weekly slots may result in cancellation
If you need to request extra slots, please contact our team at «Leads.Contact Email».
 
1.2 Lesson Allocation
Weekly lesson slots are assigned based on instructor availability and pupil demand.
If assigned slots are not booked within the recommended timeframe, they may be offered to other learners.

2. Lesson Credits

Lesson credits are valid for 8 weeks from the date of issue.
Unused credits expire after this period unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation Notice
You must provide a minimum of 36 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Late cancellations 36 will result in a full charge for the missed session.3.2 Frequent Cancellations
Consistent rescheduling or missed lessons may lead to loss of reserved time slots.
Repeated cancellations may also result in your account being suspended or closed.


3.3 Frequent Cancellations
We may cancel lessons on short notice due to:
Vehicle breakdowns

Hazardous weather conditions
Severe traffic disruptions
In such cases, we’ll reschedule your lesson at the earliest availability.

4. Driving Test Requirements

4.1 Test Readiness (DVSA Guidelines)
Instructors follow DVSA standards for determining when a pupil is ready for the practical test.
To use your instructor’s car for the test, you must:
Provide at least one month’s notice.
Pass a mock driving test showing no serious or dangerous faults.
Demonstrate safe and confident driving independently


4.2 Instructor Discretion
Instructors reserve the right to refuse use of the vehicle for your test if:
You are not deemed test-ready
It presents a safety risk.
The mock test standards are not met.
This decision aligns with the DVSA’s code of conduct and prioritises safety.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds are only issued for unused lessons.
Requests must be submitted via email to Info@enroutedriving.co.uk.
A 2% processing fee applies to all approved refunds.


5.2 Card Refunds
App service fees on card payments are non-refundable, even if lesson costs are refunded.


5.3 Late Cancellations
Lessons cancelled with less than «Leads.Cancel Notice Hours» hours’ notice are non-refundable

7. Data Protection

Personal data is collected solely for managing lessons and communication
Your information is securely stored and not shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. Ammendments

En Route Driving Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately
